Nature Play SA & City of Holdfast have partnered to create ‘Down by the Sea’ community resource. The objective of ‘Down by the Sea’ is to encourage and inspire community members and visitors to spend more time in the beautiful natural spaces we have on offer around Holdfast Bay and to improve their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while doing it. It also aims to raise cultural awareness and encourage more sustainable behaviours.

We will be launching Down by the Sea at a community event from 10am to 12noon on Sunday 15 March 2020 next to the Somerton Surf Life Saving Club. Come along to this free event to collect your Down by the Sea booklet and participate in lots of fun activities such as; beach combing, cultural walks, sand mandalas, beach exploring and more!
