CLASS LOCATION: Morphett Vale, South Australia.

Like all our classes, this class is designed for you to able to replicate the result in your home kitchen. High quality baked goods, homemade. 

This fun class includes:

• full printed recipe and method
• complete hands-on experience from start to finish
• your dozen delicious handmade fruit buns to take home
• demonstration (recipe provided) and tasting of decadent triple-chocolate-chip Hot Cross Buns

We use “instant dry yeast” for a traditional sweet yeast dough and quality Australian dried fruits.

We don’t use mixed peel in the class, but it can certainly be added if you desire when you bake at home.
