Mental Health of the Post COVID-19 Worker
When coming back into the workplace post COVID-19 – we have concentrated on business being COVIDSafe, but now is also the time to be supporting good mental health – but how? In this last session of Business SA’s – Return back to Work Series our experts will discuss the ‘human impact’ of the pandemic and its toll on our society.
It would be unrealistic to think that workplaces will just slot back to business as usual and employees will need to adjust and adapt to change. There may be ongoing worries about job and financial security, as well as concerns about the mental or physical health of self and loved ones.
In this session our experts will reflect on the ‘new normal’ where mental health and wellbeing is prioritised, to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of your organisation.
Join us online on Thursday 23 July at 10:30am for the final instalment of this series, Mental Health of the Post COVID-19 Worker which will cover:
• Gear yourself up to be ready for how your employees may feel and cope when transitioning back to your business ‘new normal’?
